Trey Gowdy said Wednesday that the House judiciary committee will analyze the executive orders President Obama signed to determine whether they're Constitutionally appropriate. Gowdy, who serves on the committee, said if the orders are found not to meet the “rational basis” test to stand up to the Constitution, the committee would ask the president to first send the orders to the legislature for debate. |
