South Carolina’s lawmakers need to keep the pressure on the Obama administration to ensure that labor unions cannot continue to use federal agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board as bargaining tools in labor negotiations.
Words from Sen. Lindsey Graham, Rep. Trey Gowdy and others are encouraging to hear in the wake of the NLRB’s decision to drop its suit against Boeing. That decision came only after Boeing and its union reached a new labor agreement that assured jobs related to Boeing’s 737 MAX aircraft would land in Washington.
