Gowdy Announces 2015 Congressional Art Competition

Rep. Trey Gowdy invites high school students from across South Carolina’s Fourth Congressional District to participate in the 2015 Congressional Art Competition. The winner’s artwork, selected by a panel of experts, will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year. High school students (grades 9-12) may submit one piece of artwork.
